Sara Albritton, LMT, MLD-C
With over a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork, I am dedicated to providing customized, healing massage therapy that promotes both physical relief and mental relaxation. I integrate a variety of techniques to created a personalized approach for each client’s unique needs.
I began my massage therapy career in 2011, working with prestigious establishments such as The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Spa at Sea Island. After years of refining my skills in the spa environment, I decided to venture on my own, creating Sarapeutic Bodyworks offering in-home therapy services. This experience allowed me to bring the benefits of massage directly to my clients, providing them with a personalized and convenient experience. I also spent time working at a Myofascial Pain Relief center, expanding my knowledge in pain management and rehabilitation.
Continued education has been a cornerstone of my career, and I have dedicated myself to mastering techniques in fitness rehabilitation, sports injury modalities, myofascial pain relief, Ashiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, and more. My passion lies in providing deeply therapeutic sessions that are tailored to each individuals needs.
My approach to massage therapy is built on listening - understanding each client’s concerns, assessing their body’s needs, and using my skills and intuition to create a truly healing experience. Whether I’m helping to alleviate chronic pain, reduce tension, or promote relaxation, I incorporate a blend of deep tissue massage, stretching, and strengthening exercises to encourage long-term relief and body awareness.
I earned an Occupational Associate’s degree from Heritage Institute and have since focused on blending the art of massage with functional movement to enhance my client’s quality of life. My massage is slow, intentional, and fully customized, ensuring that each session is a unique and healing experience.
